Sign Up/Log In

As a registered feis organizer you can create & maintain feiseanna

You can reset your password when logged out here. You currently cannot delete your account, if you wish to please contact us

Feis Setup

Once logged in, you can easily create a feis from your profile.

Competitor Lists

Competitor lists must be in a certain format when uploaded, we made this as versatile as possible as we know that registration service's formats will differ. They must be either a .xls or .xlsx file and have the following columns:

  • SCHOOL the dance school of the competitor
  • COMPS: the list of competitions that the competitor is entered in, each one separated by some delimeter(either a space or a comma).
  • FIRST and LAST, or NAME: NAME is the first and last name of the competitor in one column, FIRST and LAST separates them into two columns

This may sound confusing as this is rather technical, so we've provided some examples, and don't be afraid to contact us if you have any additional questions.

Payment

After entering a competitor list you will be asked for payment details. We use Stripe for our payments, meaning we don't store your details anywhere and all payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Updating a Feis

Once a Feis is created you may modify all aspects of it up to and including the day of the feis, trying to do so afterwards will not work.

WARNING: When updating/deleting competitors and competitions, all tabulation data related to the feis will be wiped such as marks, competitions, and competitors as it will become outdated. This means that changing the competitor list after tabulation has started will cause all work to be wiped. DO NOT update the competitor list after tabulation work has started, this isnt disallowed as it may be nessesary in some edge cases, but should be avoided AT ALL TIMES.

That being said, if your feis has day-of entries that's okay, the system is ready to handle unidentified dancer numbers, the dancer will just have no name & school when the results are processed.

Updating Comps/Competitors

To update the list of competitions and competitors select the Modify button for your feis, enter the password(or set a new one), and hit Next.

Now you can enter a new competitor list with the updated competitors & competitions.

Deleting Comps/Competitors

To delete all competitors and competitons select the Data button for your feis, then select Delete All, a prompt will be given and then all tabulation data related to the feis such as competitions and competitors will be deleted.

Deleting a Feis

At this time deleting a feis is not permitted by users, and must be done by an admin.
