Terms Agreement

By using our Webiste you are agreeing to everything under this page, as well as under our privacy policy.

Users must comply to all rules compiled by An Coimisiún Le Rincí Gaelacha(CLRG) as well as all other applicable councils depending on where the feis is being held.

Data Entry

Users will only enter marks and scoresheets which are created by the judges of the competition being tabulated

Users will not modify any data unless it was originally entered incorrectly

Data Access

Users will not:

  • Access any restricted pages without given permission from the corresponding feis organizer.
  • Access any results that are not publicly available unless the feis organizer has given them access to tabulation.
  • Share any data which is not publicly available.
  • Share any account information with anyone. Tabulation passwords may only be transferred from the feis organizer to permitted tabulators

Prohibited Activities

Users will not:

  • Retrieve data from our Website in any way and store it in without permission from us.
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Website.
  • Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
  • Engage in any automated use of the system, such as scripts, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Website or the networks or services connected to the Website.
  • Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
  • Use any information obtained from the Website in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Use the Website as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the - Website and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.
  • Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Website.
  • Attempt to bypass any measures of the Website designed to prevent or restrict access to the Website, or any portion of the Website.
  • Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Website to you.
  • Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.
  • Copy or adapt the Website's software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, - HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
  • Upload or transmit any virus, or other material which are meant to harm or stress our Website
  • Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Website.
  • Use the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.
  • Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
